All deadlines are set in stone before the work is agreed and undertaken, ensuring you can schedule in a guaranteed finish time and date. We are based predominately in the UK, although we also employ services overseas, meaning we can be working for you 24 hours a day.
We set a fixed price up front for all jobs.
As a client you want to know two things. Firstly, when will your work be completed and secondly how much will it cost you. We quote all jobs upfront around one single fee; there are no hidden costs or taxes attached to this agreement. If the work takes longer than expected you will not be charged a penny more.
Customer service matters to us.
With any task, large or small, you will be allotted an account manager per task. This account manager we will work with you on all aspects of the outsourced job, from the initial agreement to detailing updates along the way and the finally providing the finished product on time as agreed. Your account manager is available for discussion at any time throughout your time working with us, and you will be provided their direct line and email from your first discussion.
